Sadia has over 10 years experience of working with in Mental health working for the NHS and Private Health Sector working with adolescents and with adults. Sadia has studied has gained a degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
In Sadias spare time she enjoys petting her Cat Tony and enjoys going for walks in Dunstable Downs National Park.
Sadia has dedicated her life to studying Psychology and enjoys her work as she finds it extremely rewarding and believes that everyone can benefit from having therapy from time to time in their life. Therapy is about recovery and building resilience and having hope is the best place to start. Hope that things can get better and hope that therapy will help them .
